胫前粘液性水肿合并甲状腺功能亢进1例

报告 1例胫前粘液性水肿合并甲状腺功能亢进。 4年来的症状、体征以及实验室检查示：心悸，双眼突出，体重减轻。近 2年来出现双下肢高低不平的蜡样结节、斑块，毛孔粗大，非凹陷性水肿。双侧结节性甲状腺肿，血清 T3、 TT4水平异常增高。皮损部位组织病理检查显示大量粘蛋白沉积于真皮，出现真皮增厚和胶原纤维束分离。

A case of pretibial myxedema with hyperthyroidism

We report a case of pretibial myxedema with hyperthyroidism in a 58 years old man. During the last four years, his clinical signs and symptoms as well as laboratory abnormalities have been described with emphasis on cardiac symptoms, exophthalamos and weight loss. During the last two years, waxy indurated nodules and plaques with predominant hair follicle openings and non- pitting edema distributed over his lower legs. Physical examination and laboratory test revealed bilateral nodular thyroncus and elevated serum levels of T3 and TT4. Dermato- histopathology examination from an edematous lesion revealed that the dermis markedly thickened with abundant mucin, and collagen fibers in this protion splitted up into fibrils. Clinical features of pretibial myxedema were reviewed.
