摘    要:承钢公司炼钢、轧钢汽化冷却系统产生的蒸汽均为饱和蒸汽,经管道输送至公司25 MW饱和发电机组用于发电.建设初期未考虑发电因素,管道蒸汽温降太大,影响了25 MW发电机组并网发电,管网凝结水现象的增加.针对120 t转炉炼钢汽化系统产蒸汽外送管道运行中存在的问题,进行了保温材料的选择计算;由超细玻璃棉改为硅酸钙瓦块保温后,可减少蒸汽管道的热损失,每小时多回收蒸汽7.25 t,节约了能源,增加了机组发电量.

Abstract:The vapor got in vaporization cooling systems of steel - making and steel rolling is all saturated vapor, and conveyed through pipe line to company's 25 MW saturated vapor generator set to produce electricity. Because of generating power not included in the project at the early time of construction, the temperature drop over the pipe line is too large to affect the set to generate power and be connected to grid; and the condensa- tion water on pipe line gets more and more. The selection calculation for heat preservation materials is conducted to solve the above problem in vapor delivery pipe in vaporization system of 120 t converter. The material is changed from extra - fine glass cotton to calcium silicate tiles and the heat loss over the vapor pipe is reduced: more 7.25 t of vapor can be recovered per hour. Energy resource is saved, the output of set increased.
