| 摘 要： | 针对50 t转炉汽化冷却烟道在线使用寿命短的问题,2013年初唐山国丰钢铁有限公司第二炼钢厂通过对汽化冷却系统进行煮炉、冷却用水水质控制、炉口固定I段冷却水管道改造等措施,使汽化冷却烟道的在线使用寿命延长了1倍,降低了设备备件消耗及维修费用,保证了转炉的正常生产运行.

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of the too short on - line work life of the vaporization cooling gas pipe of 50 t converter, in 2013, in No. 2 Steelworks, the vaporization cooling system was reformed in boiling out, quality control for cooling water, reformation of cooling water pipe in fixed segment I of furnace mouth and etc. So the work life was prolonged for one times, the cost reduced for equipment spare parts and maintenance, the normal operation of converter got guaranteed. |
