双气源自切系统在BPRT机组防喘振阀中的应用

摘    要:空气压缩机的喘振使风机叶轮产生了强烈振动,并使压缩机壳内温度急剧升高,持续喘振会损坏空压机.介绍了邢钢BPRT同轴机组在现有防喘振阀的气源系统中新加一路压缩空气气源作为备用气源,同时设计一气源自动切换装置实现两路气源的无扰切换的实践,对防喘振阀和高炉压缩机的安全稳定运行有着十分重大的现实意义,有一定的推广应用价值.

Abstract:The pant - vibration of air compressor makes impeller of fan to strongly vibrate, and the tempera- ture in cast of compressor to rapidly increase. The continuous pant - vibration would damage the compressor. It is introduced the practice in BPRT coaxial unit of Xing Steel to increase another air resource as standby one in air resource system of present pant - vibration resistant valve and design a automatic air resource switching device to realize no disturbance switching among the two resources. It has a great significance to safe opera- tion of blast furnace compressor.
