康复疗法联合强肌增活训练在手部烧伤整形术患者中的应用效果

观察康复疗法联合强肌增活训练在手部烧伤整形术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月-2022年1月来我院接受治疗的手部烧伤整形术患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予序贯压力康复疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合强肌增活训练,比较两组手部功能、生活质量及干预满意度。结果 两组干预后Carroll评分高于干预前,且观察组Carroll评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组日常生活能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组满意度为92.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 康复疗法联合强肌增活训练可促进手部烧伤整形术患者手部功能恢复,改善其日常生活能力,且患者对康复满意度较高。

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Strong Muscle Activation Training inHand Burn Plastic Surgery

To observe the application effect of rehabilitation therapy combined with strong muscle activation trainingin patients with hand burn plastic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with hand burn plastic surgery who were treated inour hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases ineach group. The control group was given sequential pressure rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group was combined withstrong muscle activation training on the basis of the control group. The hand function, quality of life and intervention satisfactionwere compared between the two groups. Results The Carroll score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that beforeintervention, and the Carroll score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). The daily living ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 86.00% of thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy combined with strongmuscle activation training can promote the recovery of hand function in patients with hand burn plastic surgery, improve their dailyliving ability, and patients have higher satisfaction with rehabilitation.
