摘    要:对于井下CO2对油管的腐蚀,通常采用耐腐蚀管材、涂镀层管材、注入缓蚀剂及阴极保护等防腐技术。在室内试验的基础上,对各种常用防腐技术进行了实例分析,结果表明,确定合理的防腐技术与待开发的油气藏的寿命和普通碳钢油管的预计寿命之比有关,并给出了相应的确定防腐技术的方法。

Abstract:Corrosion resisting pipe,coating tubing,corrosion inhibitor and cathodic protection methods are often adopted to deal with corrosive tubing by CO2.Based on laboratory experiment,this paper practically analysed all kinds of usual technologies of anti-corrosion. Results indicate that determining reasonable technique of anti-corrosion are relevant to the ratio of undeveloped reservoir life and to the expected life of popular carbon steel tubing. Corresponding methods of anti-corrosion are also provided in the paper.
