摘    要:重力式无阀滤池广泛应用于生产中。对现有重力式无阀滤池标准图每组二格的池型进行了讨论,当一组无阀滤池分格数多时,滤池冲洗后期冲洗水箱水位相持不下,难以自动停止冲洗,造成无阀滤无法正常工作。文中提出了在一组四格的无阀滤池冲洗水箱隔墙上取消原有连通管,改装四通调节虹吸管就可以使一格滤池反冲洗后戡和格滤池停止供给该格反冲洗水量,反冲洗就可很快停止。这样每组无阀滤池就可分为四格,使其优点更加显著,这就更有利

Abstract:Gravity valveless filter has been widely used in the practice. In this paper, the type of filter with two grids listed in the standard drawings of the existing gravity valveless filters has been discussed. When one filter is divided into more grids, the water level in the backwashing tank remains unchanged during the later period of backwashing, which leads to the difficulty of automatic stop of backwashing and abnormal operation. To solve the problem, the existing connecting tube in the back washing tank wall of the valveless filter of four grids has been replaced with a cross siphon, which can stop providing water from other grids for one grid of the filter during the later period of backwashing automatically. Therefore, each group of valveless filters may be divided into four grids with the notable characteristics of more advntages to be favorably utilized in the production.
