摘    要:章总结了职务分析方法在我国的应用情况,分析了需求特点,引入模块化的思想,提出了新的职务分析方法——模块化职务分析,认为职务分析的关键就是将工作中的各项任务进行整理,组成不同的工作模块。建立计算机辅助管理系统,时时调整、修改工作模块,对工作模块进行组合,形成职务,从而使职务分析趋于动态化。

Abstract:In the process of the transformation of organizational structure and reconstruction of management system in the state owned enterprises, one of the most important activities is to reduce redundancy and redesign job positions, so as to improve the human resource management and organizational efficiency. Job analysis is widely used to define responsibilities and duties of jobs. This paper summarizes the applications of various methods of job analysis in this process and proposes a new method of job analysis, modularized job analysis. The modularized job analysis begins with modular analysis of job. All activities are analyzed and grouped into modules with their parameters. Rules are then developed to combine modules into job duties. Based on the result of modularized job analysis, a computer-aided program of job analysis is also described to meet the requirement of dynamic development of organizational structure.
