| 摘 要： | 目的研究经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术临床效果及护理。方法选择58例自愿接受经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者(经阴组)做临床研究,并与同期50例按常规行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术病例(经腹组)术后效果做对照。结果经阴组较经腹组手术时间及出血量近似(P>0.05),而术后平均体温高峰、术后肛门排气时间、住院天数,2组有非常显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术是一种新式子宫肌瘤剔除术式,符合微创手术原则,护理简便,尤其对年轻患者具有特殊意义,适合于在具有一定麻醉条件的医院开展应用。

The clinical study and nursing on microsurgery hysteromyomectomy by vagina |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteromyomectomy by vagina and the nursing care. Methods 58 cases underwent hysteromyomectomy by vagina were selected, comparing with 50 cases of hysteromyomectomy by abdomen in the same time. Results The operation time and the amount of bleeding of hysteromyomectomy by vagina were not different with those by abdomen (P>0.05). The postoperational average temperature peak, the time to exhaust by anus, and the time being in hospital were different from those by abdomen (P>0.01). Conclusions The hysteromyomectomy by vagina is a new operation. It accords with the principle of microsurgery, and the post operational care is simple. It is more suitable to the young patients. Thus it is worthy of spreading in hospitals having anaesthesia conditions. |
