磷渣粉对高性能混凝土性能影响的研究

研究了磷渣粉的细度及其掺量对高性能混凝土的强度、抗渗、抗冻融等性能的影响.结果表明:当磷渣粉掺入量一定时,混凝土的强度随着磷渣粉细度减小则增大;磷渣粉的掺量20%时,混凝土28d抗压强度最大;掺量在20%～40%之间时,随着磷渣粉掺量的增加,混凝土的强度明显降低;采用磷渣粉配制的高性能混凝土具有良好的工作性能和优异的耐久性能.

Study on the influences of phosphorus slags powder on the property of high performance concrete

The influences of phosphorus slags powder fineness and content to the property of the high performance concrete,such as compressive strength,impervious,anti-freezing and thawing and so on,have studied.The experiment indicated that:when the mixes in the certain content,the thinner the phosphorus slags powder is,the higher the concrete strength is;the 28d compressive strength of concrete mixed 20% phosphorus slags powder is the biggest,as the content of phosphorus slags powder increasing within 20%~40%,the concrete strength reduces obviously;the high performance concrete mixed with phosphorus slags powder have the good operating performance and the outstanding durability.
