摘    要:目的:提取红砂叶片和长叶红砂叶片中总黄酮并测定含量。方法:采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH法显色,芦丁为对照,紫外-可见分光光度法在510nm处测定。结果:红砂叶片和长叶红砂叶片中总黄酮的含量分别为19.72mg/g和17.69mg/g。回归方程为A=12.935c+0.0003,相关系数r为0.9995,在0~60μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回收率为95.83%~104.2%(n=9),精密度、稳定性、重现性良好。结论:该法简便,准确,可作为红砂叶片和长叶红砂叶片中总黄酮的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective: To extract and determine the content of total flavonoids in the leaves of Reaumuria Soongorica and Reaumuria trigyna. Methods:Total flavonoids of the samples were determined at 510nm by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as standard control. Results: The contents of total flavonoids in the leaves of Reaumuria Soongorica and Reaumuria trigyna were 19.72mg/g and 17.69mg/g. The regressive equation was A=12.935c+0.0003 (r=0.9995),which had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~60μg/mL.The recovery were 95.83%~104.2%(n=9). Conclusion: the method is simple, rapid, accurate and which could be used as a means to measure total content of flavonoids in the Reaumurid Soongorica and Reaumuria trigyna.
