| 摘 要： | 质量功能配置（ＱＦＤ）是一种以用户需求为导向的产品开发和规划方法。本文介绍了基于ＱＦＤ方法的面向用户的产品开发思想和实施步骤，以及用户需求在产品开发中的基本分解工具质量屋。并以减速箱的设计为例详细地说明了建立产品规划质量屋的过程。

| Abstract: | Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a customer driven planning approach for product development. Based on QFD, this paper presents an implementation process for customeroriented product development. The basic decomposition tool of QFD, called House of Quality (HOQ), is also introduced. The steps of building a HOQ are presented with a case concerning the design of a reducer. |
