转基因酵母模型检测植物单体的体外雌激素活性

摘    要:采用转基因酵母检测系统测定11种原二醇类人参皂苷、4种原三醇类人参皂苷、红景天苷、芦丁和异槲皮素的体外雌激素活性。结果显示,4种原二醇类人参皂苷(Rb1、Ck、S-Rh2、R-Rh2)、2种原三醇类人参皂苷(Rg1、Re)、芦丁和异槲皮素具有体外雌激素活性。被检样品中异槲皮素的体外雌激素活性最强。

Abstract:The in vitro estrogenic activities of 11 protopanaxadiol type saponins,4 protopanaxatriol type saponins,salidroside,rutin and isoquercitrin were tested by a recombinant yeast.It is shown that 4 protopanaxadiol type saponins(Rb1,Ck,S-Rh2 and R-Rh2),2 protopanaxatriol type saponins(Rg1 and Re),rutin and isoquercitrin reveal in vitro estrogenic activity.Activity of the isoquercitrin is the highest in the tested samples.
