摘    要:采用CAE模拟技术,以超长装饰条为研究对象,应用有限元方法研究了温度场、压力场对注塑件残余应力及翘曲变形的影响。对影响超长塑件翘曲变形的因素(如模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力等)进行分析,提出翘曲产生的原因及相应的改进措施。结果表明,翘曲变形的原因,主要是流道设计不合理,造成了塑料收缩不均匀和分子取向的不一致引起;其次是在充模过程中温度不均,造成冷却不一致而引起装饰条的翘曲变形。
