电动车用胶体电池AGM隔膜孔径的研究

摘    要:通过选择不同的玻璃微纤维棉,参照AGM隔膜的成型原理和成型参数,抄制不同大小孔径的隔膜.结合理论上胶体电解液和硫酸电解液在隔膜中产生的摩擦阻力的不同,进行隔膜微观结构的研究,分析隔膜孔径大小在铅酸电池和胶体电动车电池中AGM隔膜的不同作用.选择以AGM隔膜的平均孔径、最大孔径为研究点,用隔膜吸胶量和毛细吸胶高度作验证,研制出符合电动车胶体电池使用的AGM隔膜,以备量化生产.

Abstract:Based on the principles and parameters for making AGM separators, battery separators with different pore diameters were made using different glass microfibers. In view of that the friction resistance of the separators to gel electrolyte and sulfuric acid electrolyte are different in theory, the team studied the microstructure of separators, and analyzed the roles of pore diameters of separators in lead-acid battery and gel battery. With the average and maximum pore diameters as research items and the AGM separators suitable for gel batteries to be used electrolyte absorptivity and capillary suction height as proof, in electric vehicles have been developed for mass production.
