零件绿色制造模型及表面绿色加工技术研究

摘    要:零件的加工是制造过程中大量消耗资源、产生废弃物的主要环节,机械产品报废后的回收和再生利用的主体是零件,因此,零件的绿色加工是绿色制造的重要研究内容。基于绿色的观点,对零件的制造过程进行分析,建立了零件绿色制造特征模型;构建了零件绿色加工技术体系。进而,以零件表面成形为主线,对零件表面的绿色加工工艺过程进行了讨论,提出了基于“除去材料”和基于“增加材料”的零件绿色加工工艺过程方案。特别探讨了利用表面工程技术实现零件表面绿色加工的技术可行性。

Abstract:In manufacture process, the part machining is a main link in which resources is used up and castoff is brought. At the same time, the part is main body which machine production could be used again and reclaimed after it is discarded as useless. Therefor, the green machining of parts is an important study content in green manufacturing. Based on "Green", the manufacturing process of parts is analyzed, and the feature model of part green manufacturing and the system of part green machining technology are founded. Then green machining process is discussed by analyzing part surface forming technology. The precepts of part green machining process based on cutting material and increasing material are presented. Specially, the feasibility that part surface green machining is implemented by the surface engineering technology is discussed.
