替米沙坦对原发性高血压伴心室肥厚患者的影响

目的探讨替米沙坦对原发性高血压伴心室肥厚患者的影响。方法 96例原发性高血压伴心室肥厚患者给予替米沙坦治疗6周。比较治疗前后血压变化情况,采用超声心动图对左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(PWT)进行检测,并计算左室质量指数(LVMI)。结果 96例患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压、IVST、PWT、LVMI均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦可用于原发性高血压伴心室肥厚患者的治疗。

Effect of telmisartan on primary hypertension with ventricular hypertrophy patient

Objective To discuss the effect of telmisartan on primary hypertension with ventricular hypertrophy patient.Methods 96 cases patients with primary hypertension associated with ventricular hypertrophy were treated with six weeks of telmisartan treatment.Compared blood pressure changes before and after treatment,with the use of echocardiography measured left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVDd）,end-diastolic interventricular septal thickness（IVST）,left ventricular posterior wall thickness（PWT）,and caculated left ventricular mass index（LVMI）.Results Affter treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,IVST,PWT and LVMI of all patients were lower than those before treatment,and the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Telmisartan can be used to treat primary hypertension with ventricular hypertrophy patient.
