摘    要:复杂槽型铣刀片具有优于平前刀面铣刀片的切削性能。文中针对复杂槽型铣刀片的加工过程,建立了铣削加工的工艺参数优化模型和约束条件,提出了基于遗传算法的铣削参数多目标优化算法,并进行了优化实例分析,得到了合理的铣削参数。

Abstract:Milling insert with complex groove has better cutting performance than insert with plane face. The optimization model and constraints of process parameters for milling is established for the milling process of milling insert with complex groove in this paper. The multi -targets optimization algorithm for milling parameters is presented based on genetic algorithm. An optimization example is also presented and the appropriate milling parameters are obtained.
