| 摘 要： | 利用陶坛对渗漏窖池进行修补防治,结果表明:在窖池底部铺设特香型人工窖泥和陶坛能有效解决窖池渗漏问题,所产基酒质量均达到特香型优级酒基标准,口感评分略高于正常班组酒基.

| Abstract: | The leaked pit was repaired and prevented with pottery jar,the results showed that the repair of te xiang xing artificial pit mud and pottery jar could effectively settle leakage problem of pit,the quality of base liquor reached the standard of quality te xiang xing crude spirits,the taste score was higher than that of the normal group. |
