基于LabVIEW的倒频谱与包络谱分析在风电机组齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:风力发电机组的齿轮箱许多故障信息以调制形式存在于振动信号之中,在此利用LabVIEW强大的信号分析功能对齿轮箱振动信号进行分析,开发出基于倒频谱与包络谱分析的齿轮箱故障诊断系统。试验结果表明:倒频谱与包络谱分析可以有效诊断出齿轮箱的故障信息。

Abstract:Many information of the wind turbine gearbox fault can be found from vibration signals in form of modulation,through analyzing the gearbox' s vibration signals with powerful LabVIEW and based on cepstrum and envelope spectrum analysis,a fault diagnosis system for the wind turbine gearbox was developed.Experimental results prove effectiveness of the cepstrum and envelope spectrum analysis in diagnosing the gearbox fault information.
