摘    要:目的研究叶下珠(Phyllanthus urinaria L.)的化学成分。方法用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,现代波谱法鉴定结构。结果分离得到一个新的鞣花鞣质叶下珠素G,结构为1-O-galloyl-2-phyllanthoyl-3,6-(R)-HHDP-β-D-glucose。结论叶下珠素G(phyllanthusiin G)为一个新化合物。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of Phyllanthus urinaria L. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification. The structure was elucidated by spectral analyses. RESULTS: A novel ellagitannin named phyllanthusiin G was isolated, its structure was established as 1-O-galloyl-2-phyllanthoyl-3,6-(R)-HHDP-beta-D-glucose. CONCLUSION: Phyllanthusiin G is a new compound.
