链条炉内型煤着火过程的试验研究

在工业锅炉特别是链条炉上推广燃用型煤,是当今我国防治煤烟型大气污染和节约能源的重要措施。本文通过仿照链条炉内煤层的燃烧过程及特点,建立了实验研究炉内型煤燃烧过程的实验台,进行了型煤和散煤着火延迟时间及煤层中着火线向下扩展速度等有关试验。并强调了煤层中着火线向下扩展速度对型煤稳定着火的重要性。最后,根据实验研究结果和工业链条炉试烧的实践,提出了解决链条炉内型煤稳定着火的有关措施。

An Experimental Investigation of the Ignition of Coal Briquettes on Chain Grate Stokers

To alleviate and to curb atmospheric pollution and to conserve energy,it isnecessary to popularize the practice of firing coal briquettes instead of run-of-mine coals,especially for travelling grate stokers.To study the combustion pro-cess of coal briquettes,the authors have built a test rig,which is designed tosimulate the peculiarity of the combustion process of the coal layer on a travel-ling grate.Experiments to measure the ignition time delay and the downwardpropagation speed of the ignition front of coal briquettes and run-of-mine colaswere performed.It was found that the propagation velocity of the ignition fronthad an important influence on the stable ignition of coal briquettes.On thebasis of these studies,meatures to ensure a stable ignition of coal briquettes areproposed.
