高校体育教师专业化发展策略的几点思考

高校教师专业化是世界各国教育研究中的重要内容之一。我国高校教师专业化的发展还处于低水平的阶段,其中对体育教师的专业化问题更是关注甚少。文章在对教师专业化概念解读的基础上,针对我国高校体育教师专业化的意识薄弱、体制不健全等问题,从高校体育教师内部自身因素和外在制度因素两方面作出策略分析,旨在提高高校体育教师专业化程度和促进高校的体育教学质量。

Research on Developing Strategies of College P.E.Teacher Professionalization

The study of college teacher professionalization is an important part of research on education in all countries.The development of college teacher professionalization in China is still in a low stage and the issue of P.E.teacher specialization has even drawn little attention.On the basis of the interpretation of the concept of teacher professionalization,this article analyzes such problems as the weak awareness of college P.E.teacher professionalization and lack of the system; and proposes strategies in terms of both personal factors and external institutional factors of college P.E.teachers.The article aims at the improvement of college P.E.teacher professional level and the promotion of college physical education quality.
