| 摘 要： | 本文观察了冷适应过程中非特异性细胞免疫功能的变化。对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性和脾细胞自然杀伤活性进行了检测。结果表明冷暴露第1周,两项指标均降低,第3天自然杀伤活性达最低水平(P<0.01),第7天吞噬活性达最低水平(P<0.05),2周以后恢复且略高于正常水平。吞噬活性与自然杀伤活性 相关性统计有意义(P<0.05)。

THE CHANGES OF NONSPECIFIC CELLULAR IMMUNE FUNCTION IN MICE DURING COLD ADAPTATION |

| Abstract: | This paper observed the changes of nonspecific cellular immune function during cold adaptation. We tested the phagocytic activity of the abdominal phagocytes and the natural killing activity of the spleenic cells of the mice. The results showed that these two immune functions decreased in the first week. The natural killing activity dropped to the lowest level at the third day (P<0.01). The phagocytic activity dropped to the lowest at the seventh day (P<0.05). They returned to normal and a little bit higher level after two weeks. There existed a significant relationship between the phagocytic activity and natural killing activity (P<0.05). |
