BT模式是解决城市基础建设资金不足的一种有效方式,但同时这一模式中蕴含中许多风险,如何对这些风险进行评价和管理是BT项目投资方最为关心的。本文从BT项目投资方的角度,系统研究了城市基础设施项目投资风险的评价指标体系,利用模糊集理论和模糊区间值理论构建了风险评价模型,并利用在建的武汉市杨泗港长江大桥工程对其投资风险进行了实证分析,表明该评价模型可以有效识别风险和定量衡量风险,为BT项目投资方的风险管理提供指导。

At last , Wuhan Yang Si Port Yangtze River Bridge Construction is evaluated by using the evaluation method. Showing that the eval-uation model can effectively identify the risks and quantitative measure of risk, and provide guidance on risk management for BT project investor.
