摘    要:虽然《民用建筑节能设计标准》(JGJ 2 6 - 95 )规定了采暖居住建筑围护结构各部分的传热系数 ,但是 ,目前仍有一些地区过分强调单体建筑围护结构的外墙和屋顶的保温 ,而忽视了其它各部位对住宅节能的影响。结合张家口市一栋典型多层住宅 ,分析单体建筑的诸如门窗、楼梯间隔墙、首层地面等部位对住宅节能、造价方面的影响 ,提出更有利于寒冷地区多层住宅节能的建议 ,供建筑设计人员参考

Abstract:Although overall heat transfer coefficient of heating residential building′s envelope is prescribed in the 《Energy Conservation Design Standard for New Heating Residential Buildings》(JGJ 26-95),the energy saving effects of walls and roofs are still emphasized in some regions,while ignoring those of other factors.Therefore,the effects of single structures,such as doors,windows and staircase partitions etc on residential building energy saving and its cost are analyzed in this paper by studying a typical multi story house in Zhangjiakou,and then some suggestions for energy saving design of multi story houses in the cold regions are also put forward.It is hoped that this could be a reference for designers of architectures.
