针刺联合雷火灸治疗周围性面瘫78例

目的：评价针刺联合联合雷火灸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效.方法：78例贝尔面瘫病者被随机分成针刺联合联合雷火灸治疗组（n=39）和单纯针刺治疗组（对照组n=39）。采用面神经功能指数（Facial Nerve Functional Index,FNFI）作为评判疗效指标。结果：治疗后第15d,治疗组中有21例（53.8%）痊愈,对照组为11例（28.2%）,两者有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;而治疗后第21d,治疗组36例（92.3%）和对照组22例（64.1%）痊愈（P〉0.05）。结论：针刺联合联合雷火灸治疗治疗周围性面瘫疗效确切,疗程比单纯针刺治疗有明显缩短.

Treating 78 cases of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture plus Leihuo moxibustion

Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Leihuo moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 78 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the acupuncture plus Leihuo moxibustion group （39 cases） and the acupuncture group （39 cases）. Facial nerve functional index was regarded as therapeutic index. Results： 21 cases （53.8%） were cured in the treatment in 15d, 11 cases （28.2%） were cured in the control; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 36 cases （92.3%） were cured in the treatment in 21 d, 22 cases （64.1%） were cured in the control; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus Leihuo moxibustion showed good clinical effects, and duration of acupuncture plus Leihuo moxibustion was shorten than acupuncture solo.
