摘    要:以过硫酸铵消解处理尿液,用丁酮衍生后以二硫化碳为微萃取剂,甲醇为分散剂,用分散液液微萃取技术提取尿中碘代丁酮,以气相色谱-电子捕获检测器分析,用外标法定量。尿碘的线性范围为10~300μg/L,相关系数r=0.999 5,检出限0.20μg/L;方法回收率达91.9%~97.7%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~z4.6%(n=6)。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适于尿碘批量快速分析。

Abstract:To detect iodine in urine by dispersive liquid- liquid micro-extraction and gas chromatography, the urine was pre-treated with ammonium persulfate and 2-butanone, and then extracted with carbon disulfide and methanol.Iodobutanone in the extract was analyzed with GC- μECD and quantified by means of external standard curve. The detection limit of the iodine in urine was 0.20 μg/L, and the standard curve was linear in the range of 10-300 μg/L(r=0.9995). The average recovery rate of iodine was 91.9% -97.7% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was from 2.4% to 4.6%( n =6). Conclusion: This method is simple, highly sensitive and suitable for quick analysis of iodine in urine.
