摘    要:由于目前我国的能源现状及优质炼焦煤储量的不断减少,人们开始关注焦粉的利用情况.但焦粉因灰分高而不能直接用于生产.提出一种新的方式去除焦粉中的灰分,可使灰分从31.52%降至18.44%,去除率达41.5%以上,回收率接近75%.该工艺具有投资小、处理成本低、操作简单等优点.

Abstract:Due to the energy situation and the gradual depletion of high quality sintering coal reserves in China, more attention is being given to reuse of powdered coke. However, the powdered coke is unsuitable for application directly because of its high mineral content. A method to purifying powdered coke was presented. This kind of effective method can make demineralization for high-ash powdered coke from 31.52% to 18.44%. The removing ratio of the impurity is 41.5% and recovery ratio is close to 75%. It has some advanta-ges such as low investment, low product charge, simple manipulation.
