核心力量与排球跳发球技术的关系及训练方法

摘    要:随着核心力量训练不断的被人们所认知,它在排球运动训练中所运用的比例也越来越广泛。排球运动中跳发球技术所要求的综合运动能力最强,因此对核心力量的要求也最高。针对核心力量训练理论和排球跳发球技术动作分析,提出运动核心区肌肉的力量对排球运动的跳发球动作的重要性。使之达到更有效地提高排球跳发球专项技术水平的目的。

The Training Method and The Relationship between the Core Strength and the Volleyball Jump-Serve Technique
Abstract:With the core strength training is widely recognized by human, the proportion of this training used in volleyball is widespread. Playing volleyball has a high demand for the ability of comprehensive sport capability of jump-serving. Therefore, the core strength is highly required. According to the analysis of training theory for core strength and jump-serving. The importance of the core muscle strength of the movement to the volleyball jump serve is proposed. To effectively improve the level of special technical volleyball jump-serve.
