摘    要:神华内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司600 MW直接空冷机组随着运行时间的延长,真空系统因冷热温差大、膨胀收缩剧烈及机械损伤等原因,严密性持续下降,泄漏严重时严密性试验值达到800 Pa/min以上;空冷机组冬季运行期间背压始终保持在较高水平,运行经济性、安全性较差。通过现场试验总结出1套灌水检漏和压缩空气加压相结合的检漏办法,提高了漏点判断的准确性,系统实施改造后,2台机组的严密性试验值均降至100 Pa/min以下,取得了理想的检漏效果。

Abstract:With the between hot end and other reasons, the 600 extension of operating time, due to the large temperature difference cold end, violent expansion or contraction, mechanical damage and MW direct dry cooling units vacuum continued to drop in Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulun Buir Power Generation Co., Ltd., the tightness test value had reached more than 800 Pa/min while leakage was serious. The units operation back pressure was always maintained at high level during winter, operation economic and safety was poor. Through a simple transformation of the vacuum system and field tests, summed up a sets of leak detection methods combined irrigation water and compressed air. After the implementation, improved the accuracy of leak judgmenl values were reduced to below 100 Pa/min, achieved ideal effect of leak governance.
