Exploration and Innovation of Working Mechanism of Promoting League Construction with Party Construction in Colleges and Universities

The innovation of working styles and mechanisms of the Party and League building will help to increase the ideological cohesion and political leadership in colleges and universities.Based on analyses of the connotative bases,working carriers and key values of promoting league construction with Party constructiion,this paper establishes the four dimensions of ideology,organization,team and management and,commencing with the ideological and political,vocational quality-oriented and mental health educations on college students,discusses the working styles and approaches to Party construction bringing along League construction,such as clarifying the full-scale consciousness of taking priority of promotion,emphasizing the working principles of putting store on construction,setting up multilevel grassroots Party and League cells,constructing multi-aspect activity courses and developing multi-outlet service platforms,so as to create the interactive and win-win mode of the Party and League building in colleges and universities.
