EAS对CPA/LDPE共混体系的增容作用

摘    要:采用扫描电镜,红外光谱(IR),Molau实验等方法,研究了乙烯-丙烯酸无规共聚物对共聚酰胺和低密度聚乙烯共混体系的增容作用,研究结果表明:EAS可以明显改善CPA/LDPE共混体系的相容性其增容机理是氢键作用及在熔融共混过程中EAS分子上的部分--COOH基与部分CPA的端氨基发生酰胺化反应所生成的EAS-g-CPA恰为共混组分的界面相容剂。

Abstract:The compatibilization of poly (ethylene-co-acrylic acid) Random copolymers onCPA/LDPE Blends were studied by the SEM, IR, Molau experiments. The results showthe graft copolymers EASang-CPA, which Resulted from the reaction between -COOHgroups of EAS and terminal-NH, groups 0f CPA during melt blending, act as inter facialcompatibilizer. Hydrogen bonds interactions also promote compatibility.
