防爆电机换热分析与结构改进

摘    要:基于计算流体动力学原理,对某矿用防爆电机的热流场进行数值计算。通过分析电机内气体的流动特性设计电机内风路,以温升计算结果验证结构是否合理;然后进行结构改进,并获得理想结构;最后计算转速和损耗分布不同情况下理想电机结构的流场和温度场,确保变频调速后电机温升满足技术要求。所得结论为电机的冷却系统设计提供了必要的理论依据。

Abstract:Thermal-fluid field of one mine explosion-proof motor was numerically calculated based on computational fluid dynamics principles.Designed the internal air path of motor by analyzing air flow characteristics in motor and verified the rationality of structure by the temperature rise results.Secondly,optimized structures and got ideal structures.Finally,to ensure that the motor temperature meets the technical requirements after variable frequency regulating speed,calculated the flow and temperature fields of the ideal motor structures under condition of different speed and loss distribution.The conclusion would provide essential theoretical basis for motor cooling system design.
