摘    要:采用粉末冶金法制备了AZ91镁合金和SiC颗粒增强的镁基复合材料,SiC的粒度分别为18μm和8μm,经热压烧结后制得试样.通过扫描电子显微镜观察分析基体和增强体的微观组织形貌,并将制备出的材料分别放入MMW-1型摩擦磨损试验机上,研究SiC的粒度对镁基复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响.实验结果表明,SiC颗粒的加入能有效减小β-Mg17Al12网孔的大小;加入两种SiC颗粒的复合材料硬度比基体合金的分别提高6.83%和27.03%;颗粒增强复合材料的摩擦系数相对于镁合金基体有所提高,分别提高2.33%和9.62%.

Abstract:AZ91 magnesium alloy and the SiC particles reinforced magnesium matrix composite were prepared by the method of powder metallurgy.The particle sizes of SiC are 18 μm and 8 μm,respectively.The samples were prepared by hot pressing sintering.The microstructures and the morphologies of the samples were analyzed through scanning electron microscope,and the friction and wear properties of samples were tested on MMW-1 type testing machine.The influences of SiC sizes on the friction and wear performance of magnesium matrix composite were study.The experimental results show that the SiC particles can effectively reduce the hole size of the β-Mg17Al12 nets;With the additions of two different sized SiC particles,the composite material hardness are increased by 6.83% and 27.03% and friction coefficient is increased by 2.33% and 9.62%,respectively,comparing with matrix magnesium alloy.
