合浦地区高铁低品级高岭土蜍铁试验研究

摘    要:广西合浦地区高铁低品级高岭土由于铁含量高,原矿Fe2O3+Ti02〉2.5%,经淘洗后获得的-0.045mm粒级样品中的铁含量大于4%。通过试验研究表明,采用高梯度磁选、加温漂白等方法,可获得A1203〉35%,Fe203,〈1.5%,白度大于80%的漂白精土产品。

Abstract:Because high-iron and low-grade kaolin in Hepu Guangxi is a high iron content, in the ore Fe203+TiO2〉2.5%. After washing, in -0.045ram size fraction of the iron content of greater than 4%. Research shows that, by high gradient magnetic separation, heating bleaching methods can be obtained A1203〉35%, Fe203〈1.5%, greater than 80% of whiteness bleaching products.
