微油气化点火燃烧器的结构优化研究

摘    要:用FLUENT软件对微油气化点火燃烧器的内部燃烧特性进行了三维流动数值模拟,模拟计算并分析比较了单双侧油枪的燃烧特性和油枪结构由圆管改成渐缩管后的燃烧效果。模拟结果表明,把点火油枪由原来的单侧改成双侧、把油枪结构由圆管改成渐缩管后,效果更好,有利于煤粉的快速着火燃烧。

Abstract:The three-dimensional flow numerical simulation of the internal burning characteristic of the tiny-oil gasification ignition burner is firstly carried out by FLUENT software in the thesis. And then the analog computation and the comparison of the combustion characteristic of the single and double-side oil gun and the combustion effect that the oil gun structure altered from the circular to the reducer is completed. The analogue result indicates that it will be better to alter oil gun from the single to double-side which can make pulverized coal catch fire easily and keep safe operation of the burner and the entire boiler by comparing the attrition situation of pipe wall, temperature distribution and flame center position in both two situations. After the oil gun structure alters from the circular pipe to the reducer ones, the pulverized coal catching fire is ahead of time and ignition distance is shortened; the whole temperature in combustion chamber and the velocity of the pulverized coal are improved and it is propitious to catch fire for pulverized coal.
