白细胞介素—1拮抗剂治疗重度角膜烧伤初步疗效观察

目的：观察白细胞介素－１受体拮抗剂治疗重度角膜烧伤的效果，方法；采用ＩＬ－Ｉｒａ局部点眼法，或／和结膜下注射法治疗５例（５只眼），结果：观察２￣６个月，所有治疗眼视力均有增进，４只眼治愈遗留瘢痕，１只眼角膜混浊减轻，结论：临床资料显示ＩＬ－ｌｒａ对眼部炎症可能提供一种新的治疗途径。

Clinical evaluation of the effect of Interleukin-1 receptor antagouist(IL-1ra)on severe burned coruea

To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra ) in patients with severe burned cornea, 5 patients (5 eyes )treated topically either with Il-1ra eye drops (50g/ml ) or/andsubconjunctival injection were observed. In the followup period ranging from 2~6 months,the visual acuitywas increased in all treated eyes,4 eyes healed with aninactive scar and 1 eye improved with reduced cornealopacity. The present clinical data indicates that the IL1ra may offer a novel therapeutic approach to ocularinnammation.
