摘    要:介绍了基于控制器局域网(CAN)和可编程控制器(PLC)的大型鼓风机试车站测控系统的设计与实现。为了提高系统的实时响应能力,在硬件设计上采用了数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)技术,使系统的集成度和可靠性得到显著提高;同时也提高了系统的实时性和软件的运行效率。介绍了以TI公司的TMS320F2812作为处理器的电力测控系统部分的硬件电路设计。最后介绍了基于CAN总线的通信协议以及该部分的软件设计方法。

Abstract:The design and realization of the measurement & control system for large-scale blast fan test station,which is based on CAN and PLC,are introduced.In order to enhance the ability of real-time response and signal process,DSP and CPLD are adopted in the hardware design,thus the integration degree and reliability are increased obviously,and the real-time property and running efficiency of the software are improved.The hardware design of the electric power measurement & control system,which is based on TMS320F2812 made in TI Co.,is presented.Finally the communication protocol based on CAN and the way of the software design of this part,are introduced.
