缺血性心肌病与扩张型心肌病超声比较分析

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对缺血性心肌病与扩张型心肌病的鉴别诊断价值。方法：将15例缺血性心肌病和43例扩张型心肌病患者的超声检查结果进行比较分析。结果：室壁局限性变薄及室壁节段性运动异常，主动脉瓣区退行性变是缺血性心肌病的超声特征。扩张型心肌病则表现为室壁弥漫性变薄，运动弥漫性减弱，右房室扩大，多瓣膜反流，与前者对比有显著性差异。结论：彩超结合患者病史是对缺血性心肌病和扩张型心肌病进行鉴别的简便可靠方法。

Comparative Study on Ultrasound in Ischemic Cardiomyopathy and Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:The ultrasound findings in 15 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and 43 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were compared and analyzed.Results:The echocardiographic features in ischemic cardiomyopathy presented as local attenuation and abnormal motion of ventricular wall and degeneration in aortic area,and dilated cardiomyopathy as diffuse attenuation and hypokinesis motion of ventricular wall,right atrial and ventricular enlargement,valves regurgitation.The difference was significant.Conclusion:Color Doppler examination combined with case history is a simple and effective technique for differential diagnosis in ischemic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy.
