摘    要:采用正交试验法研发新型免维护铅酸电池板栅材料 ,考察锡含量、稀土含量、钙含量对合金机械性能和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明 ,锡对合金的耐腐蚀性能影响较大 ,钙对合金的机械性能影响最大 ,添加稀土可提高合金机械性能 ,同时改善耐蚀性能。新型板栅合金的最佳合金元素含量为 :Sn ,1 2 % ;Ca ,0 0 4% ;RE ,0 0 5 %。

Abstract:The novel grid material for maintenance-free lead/acid battery is developed and the effects of Sn, Ca and RE contents on mechanic properties and corrosion resistance of grid material are investigated by means of orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the alloy is most significantly influenced by Sn content, and the mechanic properties by Ca content. Not only mechanic properties but also the corrosion resistance is improved by the addition of RE. The optimal contents of alloying elements in the novel grid alloy is Sn 1.2%, Ca 0.04%, RE 0.05%.
