圆锥形超磁致伸缩换能器变幅杆的设计

摘    要:主要对磁致伸缩换能器的圆锥形变幅杆进行力学分析和讨论 ,以磁致伸缩换能器变幅杆设计理论为基础 ,设计并计算了圆锥形变幅杆谐振条件要求的尺寸参数关系 ,不同尺寸情况下的振幅放大系数、振速分布函数、应力分布函数及节面位置等 ,并导出了圆锥形变幅杆的频率方程 ,为实际开发超磁致伸缩换能器产品提供了设计依据。

Abstract:The mechanical and structural properties of the coniform horn of magnetostriction transducer are investigated in this paper. Geometric size based on actual resonance, magnifying coefficient of amplitude, distributing functions of the vibration speed and stress, as well as nodal section position are calculated, and natural frequency equation of the coniform horn of magnetostriction transducer is derived, which is applied to the design of magnetostriction transducer.
