包钢焦化厂入炉焦与风口焦的研究

摘    要:通过对入炉焦和风口焦的煤质特性数据对比分析,认为包钢高炉循环碱含量较高,影响了焦炭反应后强度,适当配入一定比例的低变质程度煤,有利于提高焦炭的热反应强度。

Abstract:By the comparative analysis on the coal characteristic data of the coke into blast furnaces and tuyere coke,it is thought that the amount of alkali of the blast furnace in Baotou Iron and Steel Group Company Ltd.is more higher,and it affects CSR.Adding low rank coal can help to enhance CSR.
