摘    要:对非线性大滞后等特殊的系统,存在常规PID控制器控制效果不甚理想的问题,为此结合模糊控制和常规PID控制二者的优点提出了模糊PID(Fuzzy-PID)控制方法.首先建立模糊规则、进行模糊推理,确定PID控制器的参数,再由PID控制器直接控制对象,实现实时控制的目的.将所设计的模糊PID控制器应用于具有大时滞,对大惯性的皮革温度收缩测定仪温度控制系统检测其性能,计算机仿真试验结果表明:Fuzzy-PID控制器与常规PID控制器相比较,确实提高了仪器温度控制系统的自适应能力和鲁棒性,改善了系统的动态性能和静态性能,能使非线性、大滞后等特殊的系统达到了良好的控制效果.

Abstract:It is difficult for general PID to control systems with nonlinear and large delay properties. Therefore, a Fuzzy-P1D controller is proposed by combining the advantages of both the simple Fuzzy Control and traditional PID control. This control algorithm can be divided into two steps: building the fuzzy rules by simulation and analysis,ob-taining the parameters of PID controller by reasoning; realizing real-time control by fuzzy-PID. And by computer simulation and comparison, it is concluded that the use of the method in the system can greatly improve the robust-ness and the dynamic&static properties of the system.
