井下工具心轴偏移对机械密封端面变形的影响

摘    要:基于有限元方法研究了导向钻进时导向工具的心轴产生弯曲变形对机械密封性能的影响,分析了导向钻进时心轴的最大变形状态,计算了在心轴偏转和内压作用下机械密封环端面机械变形程度,研究了密封环变形与压力之间的变化规律。计算结果表明,心轴弯曲对端面变形的影响较小,内压是端面变形的主要原因,不同压力下机械密封端面变形行为基本符合线性变化规律,确定了满足井下工具密封要求所需的介质压力。

Abstract:On the basis of the finite element method,effects of the bending deformation of the mandrel of guiding tool on mechanical sealing performance in guided drilling were studied.The maximum deformation of mandrel was analyzed in guided drilling.The mechanical deformation of the end face of the mechanical seal ring under the effects of mandrel deflection and internal pressure was calculated.The variation law between seal ring deformation and pressure was studied.The calculation shows that the effect of mandrel bending on end deformation is less remarkable and internal pressure is the main reason for end deformation,and the mechanical seal end deformation behavior under different pressures basically agrees with the linear variation law.The medium pressure which meets the needs of downhole tool sealing has been determined.
