摘    要:整体式卡瓦牙型结构若设计不合理会直接影响封隔器的坐封力和锚定效果。以适用于177.8 mm套管的整体式卡瓦为例进行研究,采用ANSYS软件建立模型,利用应力瞬态特性分析方法,对不同参数下的牙齿倾角α、牙齿角度β、牙齿间宽度d和卡瓦锥角γ进行应力分析。在相同的边界条件下,根据不同牙型参数下的应力值,综合分析得出α=70°、β=75°、d=70 mm、γ=13°时,卡瓦载荷分布均匀,无应力集中现象,为最合理的牙型参数。试验结果表明,在150℃的条件下,密封压力64.5 MPa时,整体式卡瓦有效开裂,均匀咬合套管内壁且锚定力满足工作要求。

Abstract:The integral slip tooth profile directly affects the setting capacity and anchoring effect of packer.By taking the integral slip suitable for the 177.8 mm casing as the object of study,the ANSYS software was adopted to establish the model.The method of stress transient characteristic analysis was used to conduct a stress analysis of tooth inclination,tooth angle,inter-tooth width and slip cone angle under different parameters.In the same boundary conditions the comprehensive analysis has concluded that the distribution of slip load is even without stress concentration and the tooth profile parameter is the most reasonable when α=70°,β=75°,d=70 mm and γ=13°according to different tooth profile parameters.The experimental findings show that when the density pressure is 64.5 MPa under the condition of 150 ℃,the integral slip cracks effectively,evenly biting the inner wall of casing,and the anchoring force satisfies the operating requirement.
