超声波作用下微细颗粒嵌入多孔材料的表征

摘    要:为解决空化状态下声场测量的问题,采用颜料图像分析法和称重法表征了纳米颗粒在20,28,40,51,59 kHz 5种超声波频率下嵌入多孔材料中的情况。研究结果表明:前者能够较好地表征多孔材料单位表面积嵌入颗粒材料的多少,同时,可以根据着色的均匀情况判断超声波场的分布;后者能够较精确地表征多孔材料单位质量嵌入颗粒材料的多少。试验结果表明:同一种颗粒材料在不同的频率下嵌入率是不同的;不同粒径的材料在不同超声频率下膜片嵌入率的变化趋势相近,但是值不同。

Abstract:In order to solve acoustic measurement under cavitation,painted image analyzing method and weight method were used in this paper to represent embedding particles into porous materials under the effect of ultrasonic with different frequencies of 20,28,40,51 and 59 kHz.After analyzing,it is shown that the embed of particles per unit surface area of porous materials can be represented better by the former.Meanwhile,the distribution of ultrasonic field can also be judged according to the uniformity of dyeing;and the embed of particles per unit weight of porous material can be represented more exactly by the later.It is indicated that the embedding percentages is different for the same particles irradiated by ultrasonic of different frequencies.For the particles of different sizes irradiated by the same ultrasonic,the trends of embedding percentage curve are similar,but the values of that are different.
