摘    要:研究产品优化设计中设定设计属性值的资源分配方法.考虑产品设计过程中多种资源的优化分配,在设计预算和资源约束下,设定产品设计属性值,使用户对产品的总体满意水平达到最大.这种方法使产品优化设计的品质功能展开方法从策略计划层扩展到运作计划层,把品质优化设计和资源分配结合起来,使得品质设计计划在部件展开(part deployment)层和运作层的工艺计划(operational process planning)更可行,更易实现.

Resource allocation in product optimization design
Abstract:Mathematical model for operational quality function deployment(QFD) planning with resource allocations is developed in this paper. It aims at planning the attainment of TAs(technical attributes) by allocating various resources among them with a view to achieving the maximum overall customer satisfaction. The technical and resources constraints, including limited design budget and technical requirement are incorporated into the proposed QFD planning process. The proposed model combines optimal quality design and resource allocation and extends the QFD planning from strategic level to operational level and hence it is more feasible when deploy into part planning and process planning. A simulation illustrating the operation of the planning process is also given. This work can be extended to the service industry.
