真空回潮工序对卷烟产品烟丝颜色及内在品质的影响

摘    要:为验证真空回潮工序对卷烟产品烟丝颜色及内在品质的影响,特选同一初烤烟叶,在复烤和制丝工序分别使用真空回潮与不使用真空回潮进行深加工,交叉对比分析结果表明:随加工强度的增大,烟丝颜色明显变深,烟叶黄色素与多酚类物质含量降低.其中,经过1次真空回潮的烟丝(制丝真空回潮)比未经真空回潮的烟丝烟气浓度高,卷烟产品香气透发性好;内在品质较好;但经过2次真空回潮的烟叶烟丝吸食品质有降低的趋势.
