基于USB和LabVIEW的生理信号采集系统

摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于USB2.0和LabVIEW的生理信号采集系统。采用STM32作为下位机主芯片进行硬件和软件设计。PC作为上位机并用LabVIEW开发应用界面和数据处理。根据人或动物生理信号特点,设计了信号调理电路。利用STM32内部自带的AD模块对输入信号进行多通道同步模数转换,并利用芯片中可靠的USB2.0标准通信接口实现与PC机的通信。系统加上相应传感器和信号采集电路,能够测量人或动物的心电、血压、脉搏等生理信号参数。

Abstract:This paper introduced a high-performance data acquisition system based on USB and LabVIEW. The chip STM32 based on Cortex-M3 core is used for the main chip.The application software is developed by LabVIEW. The system designs signal conditioning circuit according to the animal physiological signal characteristics. The ADC embedded in STM32 could realize multi-channel synchronous analogne-to-digital conversions. The system could realize the data transmission between superior monitor and inferior computer by using USB2.0 standard interface. The system could measure the animal's ECG, blood pressure and other physiological parameters signal by the corresponding sensor.
